How do I Create a Microsoft Account by Using OneDrive
Microsoft’s OneDrive is one of the most used cloud storage
service and helpful for those who are regular users of Microsoft Office
Packages like Word and Excel. OneDrive provides 15GB of free storage space to
their users. You can store any kind of file be it your photos, videos, and PDF
documents on OneDrive and then use them from any of your devices. OneDrive also
manages your data very accurately by type, size and date. You can also link you
OneDrive account to the social networks sites you use as this lets you share
your files to your colleagues and permission can be set for each user.
While using OneDrive,
you’ll also keep in mind some security issue which is as follows:
1. When you share
your stuff with your friends and clients then it can limit their efficiency as
when you use it for yourself.
2. Some users
complain over the privacy issue as Microsoft has reserved the right to scan
files saved in OneDrive.
3. You have to make sure that you create a strong
password and ensure that you selected the right file sharing permissions
because Microsoft Windows is the targeted platform for hackers.
