How to Configure Two Factor Authentication on Twitter

2.       Now, tap the profile picture from the left
3.       Go to the Security and Privacy option and tap to open it.
4.       Tap Accounts and then select Security.
5.       Tap to turn on the Login Verification toggle button.
6.       Now, select the Confirm tab. You will receive a six digits code.
7.       Follow the instructions from the app and enter a six digits code.
8.       Tap to Submit.
Setting Authentication using a Computer  
1.       Open a web browser and visit the Twitter homepage on your computer.
2.       Now, enter the login credentials sign in your Twitter account.
3.       Click the profile photo to open a menu.
4.       Now, select the Settings and Privacy from the menu.
5.       Click Account from the left side menu and select Configure login verification.
6.       Again, follow the instructions from Twitter.
7.       Enter your phone number and click Send code.
8.       You will receive a six digits code on your phone.
9.       So enter the code and click Submit.
You will need to enter the code every time you log in to your Twitter account.
Generating a Temporary Twitter Password
1.       Open the Twitter app and tap the profile picture of your account.
2.       Tap the Settings and Privacy option.
3.       Again go to Accounts and tap Security.
4.       Go to Additional methods and tap Temporary password.
Adding Personal Information to Password Reset
1.       Open Twitter and click your profile picture.
2.       Now go to Settings and Privacy.
3.       Click Accounts.
4.       Now find the Password reset verification option.
5.       Check the box right next to it.
6.       Click the Save changes button.
Now whenever you decide to reset your password, your Twitter account will prompt you to provide personal information like an email address or a contact number.
